NIBCA member Cunningham wins home builder’s awards
North Idaho Building Contractors Association member Dennis Cunningham and his company, ActiveWest Builders, won three National Association of Home Builder’s 50+ Housing Awards.
Meadow Ranch picked up two Gold Achievement Awards for Best Green Community and Best Detached Home up to 2,100 square feet and a Silver Award for Best for Sale – up to 200 Homes.
Meadow Ranch is an active adult community in Coeur d’Alene.
“All of these awards and certifications have helped to support the national recognition we have received,” Cunningham said. “It’s nice to have a larger scope that gives credibility outside of where we are building. To me, it’s all about being certified and credible – Talking the Walk, and Walking the Talk, so to speak.”
As a member of the NIBCA, Cunningham will be honored at a general membership meeting today.
“We are very proud of Dennis’ accomplishments and his recognition on a national stage such as the one NAHB provides,” said NIBCA’s president, Angela Erickson. “It is simply one more indication that the builder members of NIBCA are some of the very best in our country.”
