Dennis Cunningham and his company, ActiveWest Builders, qualified as a finalist in the National Association of Home Builders 50+ Housing Awards.
ActiveWest submitted its project, Meadow Ranch in Coeur d’Alene, in three categories: Best Detached Home up to 2,100 square feet; Best Green Community; and Best for Sale, up to 200 homes.
ActiveWest qualified as a finalist in all three categories and has won either a Gold, Silver, and/or Innovation award in each category from NAHB to be presented at the International Builders Show in Orlando, Fla., on Feb. 9. Cunningham and his wife, Sharon, director of sales and marketing for AWB, will attend the show and awards ceremony. (CDA Press)
